PLACING AN ORDER
Ordering from our online store is easy:
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and pay through the online banking service.
- Provide the necessary contact details for the order.
All customer information is handled confidentially. The information is used only for order fulfillment and resolving any issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of delivery applicable at that time.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
We use Klarna Checkout as our payment service, allowing you to pay using the following methods:

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Remember to:
· Check the order confirmation details immediately.
· Keep the order confirmation for any future inquiries.
· Contact customer service if you notice any errors in the order.
· Always check that the package contents match the order confirmation.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
You can choose the most suitable delivery method at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the chosen delivery method:
· Small package (letter mail): €4.90
· Postal package: €5.90
· Home delivery: €14.90
For the fastest delivery, we recommend selecting package delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker.
DELIVERY TIME:
· Orders are usually shipped on the next business day.
· If a product is temporarily out of stock, the estimated delivery time will be provided separately.
· During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Any exceptional delivery times will be announced in the online store.
We will inform you as soon as possible about any delays. We reserve the right to modify delivery times during campaigns.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to inspect the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Return Instructions:
- Use the return label provided with your order.
- You may use our printable return form, but it is not mandatory.
- Send the return via Posti within 14 days.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts included. Any promotional gifts must also be returned.
There is no need to make a separate return notification.
Important Notes:
· A return shipping fee of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
· A handling fee of €14.90 will be charged for uncollected orders.
· Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
· If you selected store pickup but fail to collect your package, a €5.90 handling fee will be charged.
If the product has been used, handled carelessly, or washed before return, you are responsible for any reduction in value, up to the full price of the product.
Uncollected Package:
Failure to collect a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. If a package is not collected and no separate cancellation notice is given, a €14.90 handling fee will be charged. If you wish to return your order, you must first collect the package from the post office and then return it to us.
PROBLEM SITUATIONS
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or does not match your order, you must report the issue in writing within 14 days using the address provided in the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy" section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact details.
If the package is visibly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier (Posti) you selected for delivery.
